Terms & Conditions — ai99 Platform Agreement

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ai99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services available at ai99.ws. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise interacting with any feature of the ai99 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all products offered through ai99, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, game shows, virtual sports, and any promotional offers or loyalty programmes associated with the ai99 platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ai99 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to the ai99 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you meet this minimum age requirement. ai99 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and will suspend any account where there is reasonable suspicion that the registered user is below the legal age. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited and any deposits returned subject to verification.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

ai99 primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. ai99 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. ai99 reserves the right to refuse service or close accounts from restricted jurisdictions at any time.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on the ai99 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

2.4 Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. ai99 may at any time require documentary verification of the information provided at registration, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ai99 will never request your password through any channel including live chat, email or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. You must notify ai99 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3.2 Account Closure

You may request closure of your ai99 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. ai99 reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice if the account is found to be in violation of these Terms, involved in fraudulent activity, or subject to a legal order or regulatory requirement. In the event of closure due to breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at ai99's discretion following investigation.

3.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. ai99 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts, deducted from the remaining account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. Players will be notified by email prior to any inactivity fees being applied.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ai99 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ai99 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any currency conversion fees are the sole responsibility of the player.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. Verified accounts generally benefit from higher transaction limits. Current limits for each payment method are displayed within the account deposit and withdrawal sections.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by the ai99 finance team within normal operating hours. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad and Rocket typically complete within 15 to 60 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days. ai99 reserves the right to carry out additional identity verification checks before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. ai99 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

4.4 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

You must only use payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to another person are strictly prohibited. If a third-party payment is identified, the deposit will be reversed, the account suspended pending investigation, and any associated winnings forfeited.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

ai99 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of criminal activity. We reserve the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks at any time and to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Wagering requirements may be applied to deposits identified as potentially suspicious before any withdrawal is permitted.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers available on the ai99 platform are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions stated in the applicable promotion terms. Players must read and accept those specific terms before opting in to any promotion. In the event of any conflict between individual promotion terms and these general Terms, the individual promotion terms shall take precedence for matters specific to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots and sports bets may each carry different contribution percentages, which will be detailed in each promotion's individual terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ai99 monitors all player accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, low-variance play designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the platform, and collusion between players to exploit promotional offers. ai99 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to permanently close accounts found engaging in bonus abuse.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses are subject to an expiry period as stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play that have not been withdrawn before the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically. ai99 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Each game and betting market available on the ai99 platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the relevant game or market interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game or market before placing a wager. ai99 shall not be responsible for losses arising from a player's unfamiliarity with applicable game rules.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

ai99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced, bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds, and bets suspected of being placed in connection with match-fixing or insider information. A bet is not confirmed until a confirmation reference number has been issued to the player.

6.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error or system failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, ai99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. ai99 will not be liable for losses caused by technical errors outside its direct control, including internet connection failures on the player's side.

6.4 Disputed Outcomes

Any dispute regarding a game outcome, bet settlement or transaction must be raised with ai99 customer support within 30 days of the relevant event or transaction. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered. ai99's decision on all disputed matters, following good-faith investigation, shall be final and binding.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ai99 platform:

• Creating or operating more than one registered account.
• Providing false, misleading or inaccurate registration information.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of corruption in sporting events.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors for financial gain; any winnings obtained through exploitation of known errors will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the ai99 platform to launder money or to process funds connected to criminal activity.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment reversals after depositing; players who initiate unjustified chargebacks will have their accounts permanently closed.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your account.
• Attempting to access the ai99 platform or other users' accounts through unauthorised means.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, recovery of any losses caused to ai99, and referral to the appropriate legal authorities where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on the ai99 platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, audio clips and the overall design and arrangement of the platform, is the intellectual property of ai99 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ai99 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any content on the ai99 platform without prior written authorisation from ai99.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ai99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the ai99 platform, even if ai99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ai99's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ai99 makes no warranty that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ai99 reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without notice.
